What I Do
I’m a recipe developer, cookbook author, content creator, food writer, videographer, and photographer behind this blog.
Everything you see here comes from my own kitchen, tested again and again until it fits into real life. I focus on creating recipes that are easy to follow, full of flavor, and made with ingredients you can actually find and use every day.
My Journey to Clean Eating
My path into clean eating started with a big life change.
When my daughter was diagnosed with diabetes at a very young age, it completely shifted how I looked at food and the choices I made for my family.
At first, we followed a low carb lifestyle, and for a while, that approach worked for us. But as she grew older, she naturally wanted more variety. Foods like rice, potatoes, beans, and fruit became important to her, and I started to realize that I needed a more balanced and flexible way of cooking.
That’s when I began exploring clean eating.
Instead of focusing on restrictions, I started focusing on real, whole ingredients and building meals that felt natural, balanced, and sustainable for everyday life. This shift made cooking more enjoyable again and allowed our meals to feel less limited and more complete.
My Education and Experience
My approach to food is shaped not only by experience but also by my education and international lifestyle.
I hold an MBA in International Business, along with a Diploma in Tourism and a Diploma in Physiotherapy from a medical college.
I’ve lived in Dubai, St. Lucia, Vienna, Doha, and Slovakia, and traveled to over 62 countries. These experiences influence how I cook today, combining simple techniques with flavors and ideas from different cultures.
Before focusing fully on blogging, I worked in the travel and hospitality industry, including time with Emirates Airlines and as a Sales and Marketing Manager at former Nad Al Sheba Club in Dubai, the venue known for hosting the world’s richest horse race and its fully floodlit 18-hole golf course. I also ran my own travel agency.
My Medical Background and Approach
With a background in physiotherapy and medical studies, I naturally pay attention to how food fits into everyday life.
Over the years, I’ve spent a lot of time learning, testing, and adjusting recipes to find what works best for my family. I focus on using real ingredients, keeping meals balanced, and creating recipes that are practical and easy to follow.
Clean eating, in my kitchen, is not about strict rules. It is about building meals from ingredients you recognize and enjoy, while keeping cooking simple and approachable.

I’m also a mom, a traveler, and someone who truly enjoys being in the kitchen.
When I’m not cooking or writing, you’ll often find me behind the camera. Photography has become a big part of how I share my recipes and connect with others.
I also speak five languages, which allows me to connect with people from different cultures and bring a broader perspective into everything I do.
Why I Created This Blog
I started this blog to share my journey and everything I’ve learned along the way.
I wanted to create a space where clean eating feels realistic, not overwhelming. A place where you can find ideas, inspiration, and recipes that fit into your everyday life.

When I’m not busy cooking or writing, you can find me behind the camera, capturing the beauty of a perfectly plated dish. Photography has always been a passion of mine and I love the opportunity to combine it with my love of food.
