Clean eating got a lot smarter by bringing a unique perspective to this blog. As a Slovak living in Austria and holding a master of international business as well as a physiotherapy degree from a medical school, I understand the importance of nourishing the body for optimal health.

As a mother of a diabetic child, I understand the importance of healthy eating.

Additionally, my travel and tourism degree from a hospitality school and living in the Middle East, Europe, and the Caribbean, have given me a diverse understanding of international flavors and cuisines. Together these qualifications allow me to provide you with a holistic approach to clean eating, combining the best nutrition and taste for a truly satisfying experience.

My Daughter’s Diagnosis

My daughter was diagnosed with diabetes at a young age and it was a wake-up call for me to take a closer look at our family’s diet. We started following a low-carb diet and even had a blog dedicated to it. But as my daughter grew older, she wanted more choices, including potatoes, rice, beans, and more fruits. I realized that the low-carb diet wasn’t sustainable for her long term, and I started researching alternative ways of eating.

Discovering Clean Eating

That’s when I discovered clean eating, which emphasizes on whole, unprocessed foods and prioritizes natural and nutritious ingredients. I realized that this was the best way to provide our bodies with the nutrients they need without restricting certain foods. Clean eating is a lifestyle change that can improve overall health and energy levels and even aid in weight loss.

Mother Knows the Best

As a mother, I understand the importance of feeding our loved ones healthy and nutritious meals. With this blog, I aim to empower you to make informed choices about the food you feed yourself and your family and to inspire you to take control of your health and well-being.

I started my journey toward a healthier lifestyle years ago and never looked back. Clean eating has given me so much more than a trimmer waistline – it’s helped me feel more energetic, focused, and empowered. I want to share that feeling, so I started this website.
