Rotisserie chicken - If you are short on time or have no time to cook it, you can get a rotisserie chicken from your local grocery store and shred it for the recipe. You can also use canned chicken if you have no choice, but I do not like that.
Buffalo ranch sauce - Making one at home is more convenient than buying outside because the ingredients might not suit your taste.
Garnish - Adding a garnish like chopped parsley or green onions is optional, but serving it with the greens on top makes it look more appealing and adds a great aroma.
