Ingredients

  • 0,25 Cup Hot Sauce
  • 0,25 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 0,5 Cup Sour Cream
  • 0,5 Cup Yogurt
  • 1 Tablespoon Dill Fresh
  • 1 Tablespoon Parsley Fresh
  • 1 Tablespoon Chives Fresh
  • 1 Tablespoon Granulated Garlic
  • 1 Tablespoon Onion Powder

Instructions

  • The first thing to do is prepare all the ingredients. Because of our clean eating, make sure you use fresh herbs and gluten-free seasonings. As for the liquid ingredients, you can substitute sour cream, yogurt, and mayonnaise for any other ingredients, like buttermilk, if you like, as long as you use those without sugar or preservatives. You can also use any hot sauce you want to control the spiciness of your buffalo ranch sauce.
  • Start the process by adding the sour cream, mayonnaise, and yogurt to the mixing bowl. Adding them first makes it easier to mix them with the other ingredients later.
  • After all the wet ingredients are in, you can add the seasonings: granulated garlic and onion powder, followed by chopped parsley, dill, and chives.
  • Mix everything together with a spoon or whisk until all the ingredients are combined and the flavors are evenly distributed. Once the ingredients are all mixed and the sauce turns tender, smooth, and creamy, you can enjoy it or store it immediately.

Notes

  • Herbs - as much as possible, use fresh herbs because they provide better flavor than dried herbs.
  • Seasonings - I would suggest making the granulated garlic and onion at home and storing them for later.
  • Whisk - you can use a whisk to mix the ranch buffalo sauce since it is easier, especially with the thick ingredients. But a spoon also works perfectly fine.
  • Spice - If you want your sauce to have more kick of heat, try adding more hot sauce, but if you prefer mild spicy buffalo ranch, use only a little.
