  • 1/2 Cup Powdered Sweetener
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • 1/2 teaspoon Xanthan Gum

Instructions

  • Measure the water and sweetener for your lavender syrup and set aside xanthan gum if you want a thicker texture.
  • Add the sweetener and water to a saucepan, heat on the stovetop, and whisk until fully dissolved.
  • Stir in 3 tablespoons of lavender and let the mixture simmer for about 15 minutes, then strain out the used flowers.
  • Whisk in xanthan gum and a small amount of fresh lavender, turn off the heat, steep for 30 minutes, then strain and store.
