Ingredients

  • 50 Fresh Stevia Leaves
  • 1 Water

Instructions

  • Remove the stems from the leaves and wash them with clean water if you are using your stevia harvest. Pick your leaves, layer them on a paper towel, and let them dry naturally for about 3-4 days.
  • Once the leaves are thoroughly dried and have a crispy texture, they are ready to be powdered. Grind the leaves into a fine powder using the Magic Bullet Blender or a coffee grinder.
  • After powdering the leaves, spread them on a small container or plate to ensure no more leaves are left. You can also use a fine sieve to ensure every leaf is finely powdered.

Notes

  • Picking stevia leaves - plant them in spring, and you can harvest them at the end of summer. Make it your go-to sweetener, and you will save money from buying store-bought stevia.
  • Grinding - use a food processor, coffee grinder, mortar, and pestle to make a fine powder out of the dried stevia leaves.
  • Paper towels are essential and very efficient for drying the stevia leaves naturally. You will not need a dehydrator or any gadget for this drying method.
